Safari Snafu: Tourists Stranded in Ranthambore Park

Twenty tourists found themselves stranded inside Ranthambore National Park after their safari vehicle broke down. The accompanying guide left to arrange a replacement, leaving the group alone for nearly half an hour as night approached.
Videos of the incident, which showed heated exchanges between tourists and the guide, surfaced online, leading to the park administration taking immediate action. Three canter drivers and the guide have been temporarily banned pending the outcome of an investigation.
Deputy Conservator of Forests, Pramod Dhakad, announced the suspension and noted that Assistant Conservator of Forests Ashwini Pratap is spearheading a detailed inquiry into the incident.
