Veteran actors Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan are in talks for a potential film collaboration, promising a thrilling reunion after almost four decades. The news was revealed by Rajinikanth at the Chennai airport, highlighting a joint production by Raaj Kamal Films International and Red Giant Movies.
The director and script details remain under wraps, but Rajinikanth confirmed their eagerness to work together again. 'Kamal and I want to do a film together. If we get a story and role, we will act,' said the 74-year-old icon.
If completed, this project marks their first cinematic collaboration since they appeared in the 1979 fantasy film 'Alavuddinum Athbutha Vilakkum'. Both stars continue to engage audiences with separate ventures, Rajinikanth in 'Jailer 2' and Haasan in 'Thug Life'.
