Police in Mumbai have apprehended a social media influencer after he was filmed performing a dangerous stunt on a motorcycle. Identified as Ansh Vikas Chopra, the influencer was arrested in the Andheri area, although he was subsequently released, according to an official from the Versova police station.

Chopra's Instagram feed features numerous videos where he engages in motorcycle stunts. His recent video in which he rode without a helmet and with notable disregard for safety regulations in Lokhandwala sparked local ire after it went viral. A concerned resident, Sanjay Waghmare, presented the video to the police.

Following the complaint, authorities registered a First Information Report (FIR) under the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against Chopra. He was briefly detained and later released with a formal notice from law enforcement.
