Tragic Demise of Punjabi Star Rajvir Jawanda

Punjabi actor and singer, Rajvir Jawanda, tragically died following a severe road accident. The 35-year-old, a rising star in the Punjabi entertainment industry, succumbed to his injuries after being on life support for 11 days at Fortis Hospital, Mohali.

Jawanda's accident occurred in Himachal Pradesh's Solan district while he was en route to Shimla on September 27. He sustained critical head and spine injuries, further complicated by a cardiac arrest before his transfer to the hospital.

Originally from Pona, Ludhiana, Jawanda gained fame with his hit song 'Kali Jawande Di,' among others and appeared in films like 'Subedar Joginder Singh.' His death marks a significant loss to Punjabi culture.
