These pledges range from water conservation and chemical-free farming to supporting local products and enhancing public fitness and health.
Modi stressed the importance of adopting natural farming practices, reducing oil consumption, and encouraging domestic tourism as strategies to rejuvenate both the economy and health of the nation. He underlined the role of traditional foods, such as millets, in combating obesity.
The prime minister also praised the spiritual legacy of the Adichunchanagiri Mahasamsthana Math, emphasizing its teachings on societal responsibility and environmental conservation. Modi connected these spiritual practices with government policies like Ayushman Bharat, aiming for equitable healthcare access.
