Historic Judgment: Bhojshala Temple Recognized as Heritage of Hindu Culture

The Madhya Pradesh High Court has delivered a landmark ruling in the Bhojshala case, declaring the site as a Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Saraswati. This decision permits Hindus the right to uninterrupted worship, affirming India's cultural heritage and the Sanatan tradition.

The ruling was hailed by VHP international president Alok Kumar, who highlighted its significance in acknowledging historical truth and cultural justice. Kumar stated that Bhojshala should not only be a worship site but also a center for Sanskrit study, reviving its ancient significance.

The judgment followed a comprehensive process involving the Archaeological Survey of India's inputs and historical analysis. The Muslim community was advised to seek alternative land for a mosque. This verdict marks a pivotal moment in the long-running dispute over the ASI-protected site.
