Daring Cave Rescue: Thriller in Central Laos

A specialist team of divers successfully rescued one man from a flooded cave in central Laos on Friday, where four others remained trapped, and two were still missing.

Seven Lao nationals had initially entered the Xaisomboun province cave in search of gold but found their exit blocked, leaving them trapped for over a week.

Rescue efforts continue with reinforcements from several countries, facing the massive challenge of navigating narrow, underwater passages.
