Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has commended the Indian Army for their precise strikes on terrorist bases not only in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) but also deep within Pakistani territory. He described the operation as a significant blow to terrorism across borders, pledging Karnataka's unwavering support for the central government's actions.

Highlighting the bravery of the armed forces, Siddaramaiah stated, "Our soldiers have demonstrated remarkable courage by conducting strikes on terror hubs inside enemy lines." He further remarked that Pakistan's persistent backing of militants left India with no alternative but to retaliate. The surgical strikes, part of 'Operation Sindoor,' reportedly obliterated several terror launch pads while sparing civilians.

Siddaramaiah condemned Pakistan's role in the recent Pahalgam massacre, which claimed 26 innocent lives, see. Communicating a global consensus on Pakistan's harboring of terrorists, he justified India's decisive actions. In coordination with the Centre, the state government has heightened security measures, reassuring citizens to stay calm in light of these national security operations.

A planned protest in Raichur was called off, with the CM underscoring the strikes as a stark warning to any nation backing terrorism against India. He reaffirmed state support for the Centre's decisions and called for national unity. Indian Armed Forces targeted and demolished nine terror camps under Operation Sindoor, avenging the Pahalgam attack, as per Wing Commander Vyomika Singh.

Video evidence presented by Col. Sofiya Qureshi depicted the obliteration of sites such as Muridke camps, training grounds for David Headley and Ajmal Kasab, alongside others in strategic regions like Sialkot and Barnala. Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri noted that the attack aimed to disrupt the normalization process in Jammu and Kashmir. The government hailed Operation Sindoor as the most penetrating strike by Indian forces inside Pakistan since 1971.
