S-400 System Enhances Indian Defense Amidst Pakistan Tensions

The S-400 missile system has proven to be a formidable asset for India in the wake of recent tensions with Pakistan. According to retired Air Marshal Sanjeev Kapoor, this advanced defense technology, acquired in 2018 and operational by 2021, helped prevent multiple Pakistani attempts to target 15 Indian cities.

The S-400, with its ability to detect aircraft, missiles, and drones, offers a defensive range of up to 400 kilometers. It can swiftly be deployed anywhere across the nation, providing a comprehensive shield against various aerial threats. 'Pakistan's attempts to strike our cities were thwarted thanks to the S-400's capabilities,' Kapoor stated, emphasizing its crucial impact.

In ongoing operations, including a recent engagement on Wednesday night, the Indian Air Force's S-400 systems successfully neutralized incoming threats.
