On the occasion of International Nurses Day, Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan extended his gratitude to government staff nurses at his Mangalagiri camp office. Meeting nurses from Pithapuram constituency, Kalyan lauded their exceptional services within government hospitals, recognizing eight staff members for their outstanding contributions and attentive patient care.
Kalyan said that nurses, inspired by their iconic predecessor Florence Nightingale, bring immeasurable value to healthcare. Reflecting on his personal experiences, he expressed admiration for nurses' dedication, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic, and acknowledged their vital role in patient recovery, promising to communicate their concerns to Health Minister Satyakumar Yadav.
Additionally, the Andhra Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Department organized celebrations in Vijayawada, featuring Health Minister Satya Kumar Yadav. Minister Yadav acknowledged nurses' compassionate service and unveiled governmental initiatives including language training programs aimed at enhancing overseas job opportunities, while accolades honored five exemplary nursing professionals for their significant achievements.
