UCLA Faces Allegations of Failing Jewish and Israeli Students

The U.S. Justice Department has accused the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) of failing to prevent a hostile environment for its Jewish and Israeli students since the commencement of Israel's war in Gaza, following an October 2023 attack by Hamas.

The Department's allegations claim that UCLA's inaction constitutes a violation of federal civil rights law.
