UP CM Yogi Adityanath Mobilizes Ministers for Flood Relief

In the aftermath of severe flooding, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has mobilized an 11-member team of ministers to ensure efficient relief operations across the 12 affected districts, according to a release on Saturday. CM Adityanath demanded rigorous efforts to deliver safety, shelter, and healthcare to all impacted residents.
Ministers were instructed to inspect relief camps immediately, interact with affected families, and ensure continuous observation by local officials, including district magistrates and police personnel. The Chief Minister emphasized the importance of prompt embankment monitoring, drainage management, and the provision of essential services in relief camps.
He insisted on the timely distribution and high standards of relief materials and food packets. Further, the CM ordered immediate support for farmers affected by the floods. CM Adityanath called for the relocation and care of livestock and adequate medical supplies for emergencies. Stressing the significance of public communication, he highlighted an early warning system and vigilance against misinformation.
