Bringing along seasoned professionals Siddharth Shah and Sharad Dhariwal, Negi marks an ambitious acquisition for the firm.
Previously, Negi was heading DAM Capital's Investment Banking division, where he orchestrated several seminal deals. His extensive experience is matched by Shah and Dhariwal, both veterans of over two decades in investment banking, who have worked with renowned organizations such as Enam Securities and Axis Capital.
