MBSIRDA Paves Way for North Gujarat's Industrial Renaissance Ahead of Vibrant Conference

The Mandal Bechraji Special Investment Regional Development Authority (MBSIRDA) is at the forefront of infrastructural development in North Gujarat, implementing transformative projects that promise to bolster the local industrial landscape. These strategic initiatives emerge as the region prepares for the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference (VGRC) on October 9-10, 2025, in Mehsana.
Notable works by the MBSIRDA include the completion of 33 km of development plan roads, costing approximately Rs 190 crore, and the ongoing construction of 66 km of Town Planning roads at an investment of about Rs 500 crore. These projects include integrated facilities like water supply, sewage, and industrial effluent pipelines.
Further enhancing the industrial support infrastructure, MBSIRDA plans to invest Rs 70 crore in additional developments such as a 20-million-liter-per-day water treatment plant, three sewage treatment plants, and a Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) with a capacity of 19 million liters per day for industries. These initiatives underscore Gujarat's pursuit of world-class industrial hubs with a focus on sustainability. The VGRC will showcase North Gujarat's strengths across multiple industries, projecting the region's industrial readiness and capacity for growth.
