In a significant outreach effort, the Jammu and Kashmir Police recently conducted a civic action program in the Natipora area of Srinagar. As part of the initiative, the IRP 6th Battalion distributed school bags and essential educational materials to students of the Government Boys School, Natipora, in a bid to foster educational engagement and community ties.

The event was attended by local school staff, students, and police officers, and saw the handover of much-needed learning tools, including stationery and study materials, to the children, many of whom hail from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. This program is part of a broader community outreach by the police, aimed at creating bridges of trust and support between the force and the people they serve.

Students expressed gratitude for the donations, noting that these resources would encourage them to focus more on their education. The Jammu and Kashmir Police's civic action programs have consistently provided support across the region, benefiting numerous students and underprivileged individuals, with a continued commitment to assist young learners who lack access to necessary educational tools.
