WeSchool and LfB Unite to Revolutionize Leadership Education

SP Mandali's Prin L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (WeSchool) has entered a strategic partnership with Lead from the Back (LfB) to promote a leadership philosophy inspired by Ravi Kant's book, former Tata Motors CEO and vice chairman. This agreement was announced at a signing ceremony held at WeSchool's Mumbai campus.

Senior leadership from both organizations emphasized their dedication to integrating the LfB philosophy into global leadership education. WeSchool's Group Director, Uday Salunkhe, highlighted the institution's commitment to 'leading with purpose,' aligning with Kant's ideals to nurture leaders who add value to both organizations and society.

The collaboration involves initiatives such as leadership workshops, faculty and student sessions, short-term programs, and research projects. The goal is to incorporate LfB insights into WeSchool's curriculum to cultivate empowered, purpose-driven leaders who can inspire high-impact teams.
