Uttarakhand Celebrates Dussehra: CM Pushkar Dhami Urges Unity and Aatmanirbhar Bharat

Uttarakhand marked the festival of Dussehra with traditional fervor in Dehradun, as Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami joined the Ravan Dahan ceremony. Extending greetings on Vijayadashami, Dhami emphasized the significance of righteousness, urging the citizens to seek guidance from Lord Ram's exemplary life for a prosperous future.

At the heart of his message, Chief Minister Dhami highlighted the festival's timeless lesson that arrogance and unrighteousness ultimately lead to downfall, using it as a call to address personal and societal evils. He applauded the Central Government's GST reforms, forecasting benefits for traders and consumers, describing it as a timely Diwali gift.

Further invoking PM Modi's vision of Aatmanirbhar Bharat, Dhami called on citizens to unite towards achieving it, stressing the crucial role of individual contributions in various sectors. He reiterated commitment to realizing the Prime Minister's vision, aiming for Uttarakhand to be a model state and a beacon for the nation.
