In a significant address marking Vijayadashmi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh underscored the enduring balance between 'Shaastra' (knowledge) and 'Shastra' (weapons) during a Shastra Puja ceremony at the Bhuj Military Station, Gujarat. Singh lauded the Indian Armed Forces for their decisive action in thwarting Pakistan's military provocations during Operation Sindoor.
Singh highlighted how Pakistan's attempts to breach India's defenses from Leh to the Sir Creek Sector were swiftly countered by Indian forces, demonstrating India's capability to inflict damage at its discretion.
