The city of Ayodhya is all set for the upcoming Deepotsav celebration, with preparations wrapping up smoothly. According to Jayendra Kumar, CEO of Shree Ayodhya Jee Teerth Vikas Parishad, this year's festival aims to illuminate the city with 26 lakh diyas, surpassing previous records.

Kumar emphasized the comprehensive planning undertaken, stating, "We've placed all necessary tenders for diyas, oil, and wicks. Like before, Nagar Nigam Ayodhya is fully prepared to ensure sanitation and decoration, with numerous welcome gates in place." The festival will run from October 18 to 20, featuring a dazzling drone show and an innovative light and sound display.

Commissioner Rajesh Kumar shared his enthusiasm, noting, "We're nearly ready for the Deepotsav on 19 October. This year, we intend to break our past record by lighting more than 26 lakh diyas." Highlighting the event's significance, a 45-minute spectacle at Ram Ki Paidi will use advanced projection mapping and laser effects to recount Lord Ram's triumph, drawing visitors from across the globe.
