Hindustan Power announced on Thursday its acquisition of a 100-megawatt solar project from the Punjab government. This opportunity was secured through a competitive bidding process and a subsequent e-reverse auction, highlighting the company's strategic position in the renewable energy sector.

The project involves a 25-year power purchase agreement with Punjab State Power Corporation Limited, emphasizing a long-term vision for clean energy supply in the state.
