Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd disclosed on Tuesday the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Vimal Agarwal, who is set for a new role within the Mahindra Group. The board approved Rajiv Vimal as his successor, effective July 1, 2026.
The change comes as the company gears up for strategic shifts, ensuring smooth governance and expanding managed operations. Vimal steps down at the end of June after significant contributions to the firm's financial strategy.
Rajiv Vimal, with over 20 years in finance, currently holds a CFO position at PPG Asian Paints. His expertise spans strategic finance, governance, and performance management, promising robust leadership for Mahindra's future financial pursuits.
