An early morning road accident in the Bastar district of Chhattisgarh tragically claimed the life of a woman while injuring 22 others. The incident occurred when a private travel company's bus lost control near Balenga, police reported. The Station House Officer, Suresh Jangde, confirmed the unfortunate fatality, noting that other passengers sustained minor injuries.

The injured were promptly taken to the district hospital as local authorities launched a further investigation into the circumstances leading to the crash.

Meanwhile, a separate tragic event unfolded in Chhattisgarh's Janjgir-Champa district, where four family members were found murdered. The heinous crime in Bhanwtara village sparked a rigorous investigation led by Additional Superintendent of Police Umesh Kashyap. Preliminary reports indicate that sharp-edged weapons were used in the killings. Forensic and dog squad teams were deployed to assist in the investigation.

In another unsettling event, the murder of a woman, identified as Adilakshmi, in a lodge in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, further alarmed residents. The victim was reportedly killed by a relative, prompting an intense police operation spearheaded by Prakasam District Superintendent of Police Harshavardhan Raju.

Authorities across both states are diligently piecing together the evidence and pursuing those responsible, striving for justice in these disturbing criminal cases.
