Bill Gates, the 69-year-old co-founder of Microsoft and noted philanthropist, has pledged to give away nearly his entire personal fortune in the next two decades, allocating approximately $200 billion through his foundation despite global cuts to international aid.

In a statement, Gates emphasized the need to address critical global health issues, including child mortality and diseases like polio, malaria, and measles. He also indirectly criticized President Trump's reduction in U.S. aid contributions.

The announcement came on the Gates Foundation's 25th anniversary. The foundation, established with Melinda French Gates and later joined by Warren Buffett, has donated over $100 billion to health initiatives, and plans to spend most of Gates' wealth by 2045.
