A possible stray dog attack in Yelahanka might have claimed the life of 68-year-old Seethappa. According to the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), confirmation of the cause of death hinges on a forthcoming postmortem report.
Seethappa was last seen heading toward a tea shop near his home around 3 am on July 28. With no eyewitnesses to the incident, details remain sparse. While injuries were noted upon discovery, the lack of CCTV footage challenges the investigation.
The BBMP has captured 16 street dogs in the incident's vicinity, placing them under observation. Should the report indicate death by dog attack, compensation to the family will follow BBMP's regulatory guidelines.
