Although floodwaters are now receding, stagnant water remains a threat in several villages, raising urgent concerns about vector-borne diseases.
The Punjab Red Cross, under Kataria's leadership, facilitated the procurement of these fogging machines through Rs 9 lakh in donations. This action underscores the critical need for coordinated relief efforts aimed at protecting vulnerable communities from potential epidemics.
