The Uttar Pradesh Cabinet has taken a major step to enhance healthcare services by approving the construction of a vast multi-speciality hospital at the Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences in Lucknow.
Finance Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna announced the allocation of Rs 855 crore for this ambitious infrastructure project, designed to bolster the state's healthcare capacity.
The plan includes a 1010-bed emergency centre, a new OPD Block, and a 200-seat Teaching Block, all equipped with cutting-edge technology, to better serve patients and medical students from across Uttar Pradesh.
