Stable Gasoline Prices in Israel Amid Economic Shifts
Despite fluctuations in global oil prices, Israel's gasoline price remains stable at 7.15 Shekels per liter. A strong Shekel cushions potential hikes. The fixed price is set by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, with full-service costs unchanged at 0.24 Shekels per liter.

In a recent announcement, Israel's Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure confirmed that the price of gasoline is set to remain largely unchanged as of midnight between June 30 and July 1. The cost for consumers will maintain a ceiling of 7.15 Shekels per liter for unleaded 95 octane gasoline at self-service stations, with just a minimal increase of 0.01 Shekels.
Full-service charges are likewise stable, remaining at 0.24 Shekels per liter. This decision is consistent with the country's policy of government-fixed gasoline rates, reviewed and announced at the beginning of each month.
Oil price changes on the international front have not significantly impacted local fuel costs, primarily due to the Shekel's robust performance against other major currencies, including reaching a two-year high against the US Dollar. This strength has played a critical role in neutralizing anticipated price spikes caused by fluctuations in oil prices globally.
