Dubai Land Department (DLD) has opened registration for the 'Dubai Real Estate Broker Programme', targeting Emirati citizens keen to forge careers in real estate brokerage. The initiative, aimed at boosting national talent, underscores Dubai's commitment to fostering local expertise in this crucial sector.
DLD calls on real estate developers and brokers to support this programme by contributing proposals and initiatives. The programme, already surpassing its goals with 180 per cent more qualified Emirati brokers than anticipated, offers extensive training in partnership with renowned academic bodies. These efforts have driven transactions over AED 500 million and resulted in 231 new licensed brokerage firms, reinforcing Dubai's position as a real estate powerhouse.
