North Korea has openly condemned the Quad nations' joint call for its complete denuclearisation, dismissing it as interference in its sovereign affairs, Yonhap reports.

The statement from the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue, consisting of India, Australia, Japan, and the United States, emphasized the urgency of Pyongyang's denuclearisation, leveraging a firm diplomatic tone during their recent meeting in New Delhi.

North Korea's foreign ministry responded by reinforcing its commitment to its nuclear weapons program, labeling the Quad's position as a mechanism of US unipolar dominance while urging the grouping to steer away from actions that compromise regional stability.
