Bangladeshi Nationals Arrested in Pune with Forged Indian Documents
Maharashtra ATS and Pune rural police have detained two Bangladeshi nationals in Otur, Pune, for possessing forged Indian documents. The men, involved in jobs like painting, were found with a range of fake IDs. Their documents included made-up Aadhaar and PAN cards and expired Bangladeshi passports.

The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) in collaboration with Pune rural police have taken two Bangladeshi individuals into custody in Otur, Pune district, on allegations of possessing forged Indian identification documents, according to officials who made the announcement on Wednesday.
The two accused, identified as Tajmir Ansari, aged 29, and Mohammad Ghulam Ansari, aged 28, originate from Bokrai, Sharikira district of Bangladesh. They reportedly engaged in various odd jobs around Pune, including house painting.
Authorities have recovered a cache of fake Indian identification documents from the duo, consisting of Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, driving licenses, as well as mobile handsets. Additionally, they possessed expired Bangladeshi passports and visas, a statement from an ATS official confirmed.
