Court Grants Anticipatory Bail to Attempted Murder Accused

A court has granted anticipatory bail to Dilbag Singh, accused of attempted murder and extortion, to prevent an indefinite threat of arrest.

Presided over by Additional Sessions Judge Viplav Dabass, the court acknowledged Singh's involvement in the investigation and the identification of the extortion caller without links to him.

The court noted that the complainant was not cooperating, and other suspects with similar roles were granted bail promptly. Singh's bail was conditioned on a bond of Rs 40,000.
