Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has revealed ambitious plans to bring banking facilities to over 11,000 village panchayats within the next year. Speaking at a public grievances redressal camp in Patna village, Surajpur district, Sai underlined the government's commitment to enhancing financial inclusivity in rural India.

The CM announced the initial phase of this initiative has already begun, with Atal Panchayat Digital Suvidha Kendras established in 1,460 gram panchayats from April 24. These centers will offer essential services such as money transactions, cash payments, and issuance of death and birth certificates, greatly benefiting those in rural regions.

Furthermore, Sai highlighted significant land registration reforms aimed at reducing corruption and easing the ownership transfer process. Now, with the online registration of land, ownership transfers occur the same day, eliminating bureaucratic delays. The initiative reflects Chhattisgarh's broader commitment to good governance and transparency.
