Soni first crossed paths with Meena last March when she attempted to travel in an AC coach with a sleeper class ticket. Upon being asked to relocate, she allegedly created a scene and extorted Rs 5,000 from Meena. Over the past year, she escalated her threats, alleging harassment and seeking more money.
