The hacker, operating under the alias 'xenZen', has escalated their actions against India's leading health insurer, Star Health, by sending death threats and bullets to the company's executives. This development follows last year's major data breach for which they have also taken responsibility.

The threats are believed to be motivated by Star Health's alleged denial of medical claims to certain customers, sparking xenZen's ire. In an email to Reuters, the hacker described sending two packages containing bullet cartridges to the insurance company's head office in Chennai.

Authorities in Tamil Nadu are investigating the matter, with sources confirming a connection to xenZen. Meanwhile, Star Health, amidst an ongoing sensitive criminal investigation, has remained tight-lipped about the threats and previous data leaks, which included demands for ransom.
