In Maharashtra's Palghar district, law enforcement officials have successfully intercepted a narcotics operation, seizing ganja valued at Rs 3 lakh.
Acting on a credible tip-off, the Mira Bhyander Vasai Virar (MBVV) police orchestrated a tactical operation on Wednesday night, resulting in the apprehension of 30-year-old Akash Ajit Jadhav. The accused was found in possession of 10 kg of the illicit substance.
Authorities have registered a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act. A thorough investigation is underway to uncover the drug supply chain and identify potential customers.
