The Shiv Sena (UBT) has announced a protest march scheduled for May 16 to address the ongoing issue of irregular water supply in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
Party leader Ambadas Danve stated that the agitation comes after a month-long campaign in April. The 'Halla Bol' morcha, led by MLA Aaditya Thackeray, seeks to highlight the water scarcity faced by residents.
The city has been struggling with severe water supply disruptions, with residents receiving water only once every eight to 12 days. Thackeray is also planning to meet with the municipal commissioner to discuss potential solutions.
