The ongoing investigation into the murder of Indore businessman Raja Raghuvanshi has uncovered a complex web of relationships and deceit. On Thursday, Meghalaya Police questioned acquaintances of the primary suspect, Sonam Raghuvanshi, and her alleged lover, Raj Kushwaha. The probe also included a taxi driver suspected of assisting Sonam's escape to Uttar Pradesh after the killing.

In a quest to uncover the 'complete truth,' Raja's family, particularly his elder brother Sachin Raghuvanshi, has accused Sonam of misleading investigators and demanded a more rigorous interrogation. There are calls to bring Sonam and other suspects to Indore for questioning as the family seeks clarity on the murder's motive.

Raja was discovered dead in a deep gorge in Meghalaya soon after his marriage. The Meghalaya Police Special Investigation Team continues to delve into the case, searching for key pieces of evidence, including Sonam's phone and jewelry, amid a cloud of conspiracy and familial grief.
