In a hallmark ceremony, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin issued appointment orders to 50 candidates chosen through the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC). The appointments pertain to roles in the Industries and Commerce sector, comprising junior assistants, typists, and steno/typists.
The Chief Minister handed out orders personally to seven candidates, marking this significant occasion. This initiative reflects ongoing efforts to bolster the state's administrative workforce.
In related developments, Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin launched new development projects in the Chepauk-Thiruvallikeni Assembly constituency. These ventures, with an outlay of Rs 8.13 crore, include a sewage pumping station, while plans for a Rs 9.68 crore urban community welfare hospital building were also unveiled.
