In a disturbing incident near Pattan village, three individuals were allegedly murdered by a group of assailants due to an entrenched family rivalry, police reported on Wednesday.
The victims, Siddaroodha, Jagadish, and Ramachandra, all connected to each other and employees at the same dhaba, were allegedly killed as a result of an ongoing vendetta. Seven suspects have been apprehended, while investigations continue to uncover more about the remaining suspects and the extent of their involvement.
Kalaburagi City Police have registered a case against eleven individuals. The attack appears to be retaliation for a previous murder, with key suspects reportedly stealing CCTV footage evidence. Law enforcement continues to probe this convoluted case.
