Justice Varma's Removal: Parliament Sets the Wheels in Motion

In an unprecedented turn of events, the removal process of Justice Yashwant Varma has gained momentum within the Indian Parliament. On Monday, lawmakers from both the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha took decisive steps by submitting formal notices to initiate the process.

The Rajya Sabha notice, bearing the signatures of 63 opposition members, represents a cross-party effort mirrored in the Lok Sabha, where 152 members, including Rahul Gandhi, appended their names.
