Challenges in Delivering Aid to Gaza: UN's Struggle Amid New Measures

The United Nations food agency announced challenges in delivering sufficient humanitarian aid to Gaza, citing a lack of authorization despite recent Israeli measures supposed to facilitate supply entry.

Ross Smith, a senior adviser at the World Food Programme's Regional Bureau for East & Central Africa, expressed concerns during a U.N. briefing in Geneva, stating that the requested volumes of assistance have not been approved.
