In a shocking incident in Outer North Delhi, a 32-year-old engineer allegedly pushed his 27-year-old lover from a sixth-floor apartment, leading to her death. The altercation reportedly escalated after she discovered his impending marriage to another woman, police revealed.
The victim, Sadhana Singh, was a fashion design student from Faridabad, Haryana, who frequently visited her partner in Narela. On the day of the incident, an argument began when she learned that his parents had been arranging his marriage.
Police have registered a murder case under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The accused, Deepak, is currently under interrogation as further investigations continue. The victim's body showed signs of physical trauma, and a post-mortem is pending to determine the cause of death.
