Shop-Tenant Dispute Results in Shooting at Nizamuddin

A shop owner in southeast Delhi's Nizamuddin area was shot at by a group of men, reportedly over a rental dispute, police revealed on Saturday. Two suspects have been apprehended in connection with the case.

The victim, Furkan, was hit by bullets on Friday and immediately taken to AIIMS Trauma Centre for treatment, as confirmed by police officials.

The altercation, triggered by a former tenant Ehsaan, resulted in three rounds being fired, injuring Furkan's leg. The police have launched an investigation and are actively searching for other accused persons who remain at large.
