Daring Arrest: Accused Rapists Captured After Firefight
Two men, accused of raping a teenager, were arrested after a police encounter where both sustained leg injuries. They were identified via CCTV after the crime and caught near Kariya Nala with pistols, cartridges, and the involved auto seized by authorities.

In a significant development, law enforcement authorities apprehended two men accused of the brutal rape of a 15-year-old girl. The arrests followed a dramatic exchange of gunfire, leaving both accused with injuries that required medical treatment, officials announced on Sunday.
According to Additional Superintendent of Police, Shivraj, the two suspects were identified through CCTV footage. An FIR was lodged on Saturday after the victim's father reported that his daughter was attacked by the auto driver and an accomplice while returning home from a coaching class.
The ensuing police operation culminated in an encounter at around 4 AM near Kariya Nala. The suspects, carrying firearms at the time, were subdued and taken into custody with their weapons and the auto implicated in the crime now held as evidence.
