Punjab's Industry and Commerce Minister Sanjeev Arora announced his resignation from the role of Managing Director at Hampton Sky Realty Ltd. He emphasized the need to prioritize his duties within the Punjabi government, aligning with public interest and constitutional obligations.
Arora shared his formal decision in a letter addressed to the board, highlighting that it would be inappropriate to remain at the helm of the company while serving his constituents. The resignation takes effect from August 3, 2025, as per the Companies Act, 2013.
The 61-year-old, who secured the Ludhiana West assembly seat, expressed his confidence in the company's continued success under new leadership and thanked his team for their support over the years.
