Tragic End for Couple in Jharkhand Forest

In a tragic discovery, the bodies of a couple in a live-in relationship were found hanging from a tree in Jharkhand's East Singhbhum district on Wednesday, according to local police reports.
The deceased individuals, identified as Jamini Singh, 24, and Basanti Singh, 20, were located hanging from a neem tree in a forested area near Poklabeda village, within the Patamda police station jurisdiction, approximately 30 km from Jamshedpur.
Basanti, who had left her husband to live with Jamini, a daily wage laborer, for the past three months, had her body sent along with Jamini's to MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur for post-mortem. The police are currently investigating the cause of the incident.
