In a tragic incident, two teenage siblings lost their lives after being struck by a harvester on their way to school in Mansurpur village, police reported. The victims, Kundan Mishra, 17, and his sister Namami Mishra, 15, were fatally injured while riding a motorcycle when the harvester collided with them.

The siblings, who were en route to their educational institutions, fell to the ground and were subsequently run over by the massive machine, leading to their untimely demise at the scene, confirmed Superintendent of Police Rajesh Dwivedi.

Following the incident, local authorities dispatched the bodies for post-mortem examination. The police have seized the harvester and have the driver in custody as they carry out further investigations into this heartbreaking accident.
