A 39-year-old woman was allegedly killed by her husband Isaac, who broadcast his confession on Facebook Live, police reported from Koothanadi near Punalur.
The victim, Shalini, resided in Koothanadi, Valakkodu. Isaac later turned himself in at the Punalur police station. Sources from the FIR confirmed that the couple faced marital discord.
The accused attacked Shalini with a knife, leading to fatal injuries. Isaac then accused her of mistrust and stealing jewelry in a live video before reporting to the police. The case was promptly registered under the murder charge.
