Tragic End: Man Killed in Vizhinjam Brawl

A 38-year-old man identified as Suman S. was tragically killed during a brawl in Vizhinjam, police reported on Friday. The incident occurred late at night near Port Palace Bar, resulting in four arrests.
The altercation involved a group that included Achu and Ananthu, who, after a fight with another individual, turned their aggression towards Suman when he tried to intervene. Despite his attempts to flee the scene, Suman was pursued and brutally assaulted.
Authorities revealed passersby eventually stepped in to transport Suman to a hospital, where he was declared dead. Suman's body will be released to his family following a postmortem, and a murder investigation is underway.
