In a startling development, police in Nedumkandam discovered two decomposed bodies buried within a residential compound as they investigated a missing persons case involving a mother and son.
The discovery came following a complaint filed by Marykutty's daughter, Sini, after her mother and brother, Reji, went missing on April 2. Further complicating matters, another son named Saji has also been missing since the day the complaint was filed.
Suspicion of potential foul play is underscored by reports of family discord, prompting District Police Chief K M Sabu Mathew to intensify the investigation while distributing Saji's photograph to aid in his apprehension.
